Rewilding Curiosity & Creativity is a term I use for my classes. 🧑‍🏫

The idea behind it is that I believe we all have Curiosity and Creativity and we may have just forgotten how to use them. So the idea is having classes on different subjects. Curiosity classes are more about life topics, things that we may not spend a lot of time thinking about but that could make a big impact on different areas of our life. So if we get curious about them, learn a couple things, and look at our own lives and figure out what things we might be able to shift that could improve things in different areas or find more alignment, that could be really, really helpful. I also have Creativity, and I believe everyone is also creative, whether you believe it or not. If you can make yourself a peanut butter sandwich, you have created something. 😉

I believe that everyone has the creative and curiosity muscles, and we could just work them out a little bit more. 💪🧠

So that is this idea—to learn things, to try things, to look at our lives and do some trial and error and see what works for us and what doesn't.
