Rewilding Classes ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ

Explore Rewilding Topics during a Curiosity Call or book a public/private group class. Decide how you would like to structure your explorationโ€”we can chat about the topic, make items about it, or combine both. Class explorations are great for individuals, friends, partners, communities or entrepreneurs and businesses.

We explore conversation and creation of topics that are likely already part of your life, but they may be topics you have not explored deeply. This can lead us to incorporate ideas from our upbringing or societal expectations. We may end up living lives that may not be in alignment with our own values.

Curiosity Class Conversations ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ

Curiosity topic salon where dialogue is the driving force

While we converse, consider the provisions in your life that expand your capacity for curiosity.

As we share definitions and frameworks, experiences and insights, curiosity lead to clarity of whether or not we are living in alignment with our values. Learning something new can help us reassess, and we may find something that will work even better.

I make space for curiosity in my own life, so I can explore these topics often.

I have Kinnu on my phone, a micro learning app I try to do daily. It only takes as a few minutes, but I can do it as many times a day as I like or skip it when I'm busy. There's a wide variety of topics for me to explore, and there is even an option to buy a completion certificate.

On YouTube, I separated watch lists by length. That way, if I have a few minutes I can watch a short video, but if I have longer and don't want to watch a movie I jump into a deep lecture on a topic of interest. This means that I can add short learning breaks into my downtime and replace mindless scrolling. (You could divide your watch lists by topic if you prefer.)

When I am scrolling on Instagramโ€”where my feed is alignedโ€”I copy links and interesting information to my Rabbit๐Ÿ•ณ๏ธHole spreadsheet for reference. These are topics I explore later, and when I want to do a deep dive, I can add them to my DEVONthink second brain. Eventually, they might even inspire a class and end up on that topic's further learning PDF list.

Creativity Class Collaborations ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ

Creativity idea lab where inspiration is the driving force

While we play, consider the reagents in your life that expand your capacity for creativity.

As we create in whatever medium works best for usโ€”ideas, words, or visualsโ€”it becomes clearer if we are living in alignment with our values or if we need to reassess. We may even find something that works better for us. This can be life exploration alone or you can create as part of a current project.

I make space for creativity in my own life, so I can explore these topics often.

My biggest reagent that expands my creativity is time. I need to have time to let my ideas unfold, and when my brain is weighed down in all the doing of all the things I don't have time for the being that leaves space for inspiration.

I really enjoy input that takes my brain in new directions, whether that's listening to a podcast, reading a book, watching a series with Isabel, or engaging in conversation. The content I allow into my mind means I have more to scour for inspiration. (As a caveat, I don't want to scour misaligned or draining content, hence my note about an aligned feed above.)

Being in community with other creatives helps me in so many ways. With many of us creating in isolation, it's nice to talk to other people who understand our struggles more than most.
